Although Ezone companies tend to be operating far more hybrid, we have designated, - together with our partner the Island Territory of Bonaire, key area's on the island for development.

 

If supplying services, and services mainly aimed on and via the internet, the city center is the place where further locations will become available. Aside from the 10 offices-building we currently operate, another 8 offices will be available in twoi months. As of July next year a state-of-the art brand new ezone building will be available with a capacity for 35 offices. Since all will be located in the center of town, all services, restaurants, hospital, shops and banks will be in walking distance.

 

For the warehousing and processing of goods and cargo, we have made reservations for available land at the Bonaire International Airport. An Industrial Ezone strip is currently reserved exclusively for ezone purposes. The area is parallel to the runway and is approximately 120.000 m2 (30 acres).

 

And third, for the wet activities such as an international marina and boat storage- and haul-out facilities we have an opportunity available for the development of a fully equipped marina in the vicinity of the Bonaire Petroleum facilities (BOPEC).

 

Finally, an opportunity for the development of a Science- and Media Park is underway with the cooperation of Radio Holland at the 1000 Steps location.

 

The above developments are all, when relevant, depending the outcome of the applicable Environmental Surveys and Feasibility studies. We constantly monitor and safeguard the initiated developments in the light of the sustainable growth and impact on the environment and the welfare of Bonaire and its citizens.
